dissonant drones and field recordings recorded to magnetic tape are woven into layers of textured sound and broadcast into the nothingness. what began during the early days of 2020 isolation as a personal project, exchanging sounds between brooklyn-based p.scott (verhalten, human aspic, unur) and uk-based artist welshfootpath quickly evolved into an outward facing entity after the sounds being sent across the ocean were deemed too unsettling to sleep to. closing exists as an outlet for contemplative, abstracted senses of place filtered through the haze of tape hiss and seclusion.
