Modern Tapes is a small label currently located in brooklyn after starting in chicago and then posting up in new mexico for a little while. The label is focused on releasing music by individuals and groups who make sounds we like.  Often there are synthesizers involved, but not always. Once in a while you might hear a guitar.

Experimental electronics, noise, drone, industrial, minimal synth, post punk and whatever else sounds good can be found here.
